Announcing the Journal for Freedom and Rule of Law in Cuba

Miami, FL – As members of the legal community committed to the ideals of justice and individual rights, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Journal for Freedom and the Rule of Law in Cuba.

Our goal is to provide information and analysis on matters and issues of interest regarding the Republic of Cuba. The Journal will consist of publications covering important events in the history of Cuba, the constitutional legislation of Cuba, violations of the fundamental rights to life, liberty, and property in Cuba, as well as current affairs.

The first publication is being issued on April 17, 2021, the date which marks the 60th Anniversary of the Bay of Pigs Invasion. As such, this publication will be focused on a discussion of the mission of the Cuban freedom-fighters of the Assault Brigade 2506 who battled heroically against a communist force 10 times their size to overthrow the communist Castro regime and establish democracy and the rule of law in Cuba. Sixty years have passed, yet this historic event remains in the hearts and minds of the members of our community.

We hope that the Journal will serve as a reference on Cuban affairs and greet you with insightful and thought-provoking discussion.

Note: Our law firm does not take positions with respect to United States-Republic of Cuba political relations.
